Sushi Mentai Indonesia
Since 2019, STEKRI has been the trusted interior and architecture design partner for Sushi Mentai Indonesia, a franchise originally from Malaysia. We’ve helped shape the brand’s consistent and modern look across 11+ outlets nationwide, including locations in Alam Sutera, Bintaro, Gading Serpong, Kelapa Gading, Pekanbaru, Medan (dr. Cipto, Cemara Asri, Merak Jingga), Siantar, and Jogja. Our long-standing collaboration ensures every outlet maintains the Sushi Mentai identity while adapting to each city’s character.
Ramen Seirock-Ya Jepang
We are proud to have designed two Seirock-Ya Ramen outlets in Indonesia: AEON Mall Deltamas, Cikarang (early 2024) and Central Park, Jakarta (2025). Known for its authentic Japanese roots, Seirock-Ya entrusted us with a fast-paced timeline — each project completed from concept to detailed drawings in under three weeks, and construction completed in less than eight weeks. Our AEON Deltamas design received high praise from the Japanese shareholder, who described it as “kakoi” — a term associated with sophistication and luxurious appeal. It’s an honor to bring Seirock-Ya’s vision to life through modern Japanese restaurant design.
Sentosa Seafood
We were honored to work with Sentosa Seafood, one of Indonesia’s most well-known seafood restaurant brands. This project came through referrals from two other projects in the same cluster — Sushi Mentai Batam and Saveurs de France — and remains a dream project for our team. Sentosa gave us full creative freedom, entrusting STEKRI to shape the concept from scratch. This trust empowered us to design one of the most iconic and lavish seafood restaurants in Batam, a city renowned for seafood yet highly competitive. Our design not only elevates the Sentosa brand but also positions the venue as a top choice for events and weddings in the area.
Omega Hotel Management (Alfamart Group)
Omega Hotel Management (OHM) entrusted STEKRI to design several of their hospitality projects, starting with Cordela Inn Jakarta, our first hotel interior project. Following its success, we were appointed to design Cordela Hotel Pontianak, as well as two restaurants under the Ramela brand: Ramela Medan (Plaza Millenium) and Ramela Kuching (Sheraton). Although new to hotel design at the time, we were grateful for OHM’s comprehensive technical guidance, especially concerning the requirements for budget-friendly franchise hotels. Beyond technicalities, the Cordela and Ramela teams are among the most collaborative clients we’ve worked with—open to discussion, consultable, and generous in allowing us design freedom.
Baby Wise Shop
Baby Wise BSD Flagship Store is one of the most iconic baby shops in Tangerang and Jakarta today. STEKRI contributed to this success by designing the complete back-office area, including the office lobby, meeting room, directors’ room, working space, live shopping room, pantry, and utility space. While the retail area was handled by another renowned designer, we are proud to have aligned with top-tier professionals in the industry and to have supported Baby Wise in creating a seamless and functional behind-the-scenes experience.
Saveurs de France
Saveurs de France is a French café and patisserie in Batam, designed entirely from scratch by STEKRI. As this was the owner’s first venture into French cuisine—we enriched the concept by studying global precedents and consulting professional bakers and chefs. From the warm, social interior to custom wallpapers and menu book covers, every detail was crafted to establish a distinct identity. What began as a new brand has now grown into one of Batam’s most well-known hangout spots.
Aneka Seafood 38
Aneka Seafood 38 entrusted STEKRI with the exterior design of their outlets in Tangerang BSD, Jakarta, and Bandung. Each location presented unique site characteristics, yet we successfully delivered a design that stands out individually while maintaining a strong, recognizable brand identity across all three. Despite managing all projects remotely, our detailed design documentation ensured smooth construction processes and consistent results. Our ongoing relationship with the owner reflects trust and satisfaction built over time.
Pempek Kenari
Since college, Pempek Kenari has been one of my favorite places for authentic Palembang-style pempek, even when it still looked more like a humble canteen. In 2022, the brand took a major leap, rebranding into a warmer, more inviting dine-in restaurant — and we were honored to be part of that transformation. From a familiar campus favorite to a refreshed destination in BSD, the new concept brings nostalgia and comfort into a contemporary space.
